She has almost 15 years’ experience as a litigator in Luxembourg.
Before founding POULIQUEN & CARAT Associés, she spent her career in national and international top-tier law firms where she was a member of the strongest teams of Luxembourg litigators.
She specializes in corporate litigation, banking and finance litigation and commercial litigation.
She has dealt with many of the major international insolvency and financial cases and with well-known complex matters related to the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
